These Terms &amp; Conditions (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern the use of our distribution services.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:25\"><strong>1. Services Provided:<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:115\">Tripura Publishing will use commercially reasonable efforts to distribute your book through the following channels:<\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"9:1-13:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:75\">National and international wholesalers (e.g., Ingram, Baker &amp; Taylor)<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:66\">Online retailers (e.g., Amazon, Barnes &amp; Noble, Apple Books)<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:24\">Independent bookstores<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-13:0\">Libraries (upon request and eligibility)<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"14:1-14:31\"><strong>2. Author Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"16:1-20:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"16:1-16:122\">You are responsible for ensuring your book meets all formatting and content requirements for each distribution channel.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:122\">You are responsible for providing accurate book metadata, including title, author name, ISBN, description, and keywords.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"18:1-18:141\">You are responsible for obtaining any necessary rights and permissions for the content of your book (e.g., permissions for images, quotes).<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"19:1-20:0\">You are responsible for providing a sufficient number of copies to meet distribution needs.<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:25\"><strong>3. Distribution Fees:<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:214\">Tripura Publishing may charge distribution fees, including setup fees, listing fees, and a percentage of book sales. You will be informed of all applicable fees prior to the commencement of distribution services.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:35\"><strong>4. Sales Reporting and Payment:<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:230\">Tripura Publishing will provide you with regular sales reports detailing book sales through our distribution channels. Payments will be made to you on a quarterly basis, after deducting any distribution fees and applicable taxes.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"29:1-29:15\"><strong>5. Returns:<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"31:1-31:150\">Tripura Publishing will handle returns from retailers according to industry standards. You are responsible for any associated return shipping costs.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"33:1-33:31\"><strong>6. Marketing and Promotion:<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"35:1-35:178\">Distribution services do not include marketing or promotional activities. However, Tripura Publishing may offer additional marketing and promotional services for a separate fee.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"37:1-37:28\"><strong>7. Term and Termination:<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"39:1-39:261\">These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Tripura Publishing may terminate these Terms with written notice for any reason. You may terminate these Terms by providing written notice and fulfilling any outstanding financial obligations.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"41:1-41:34\"><strong>8. Warranties and Disclaimers:<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"43:1-43:303\">Tripura Publishing disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the success of your book&#8217;s sales or the reach of our distribution network. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to distribute your book; however, we cannot guarantee specific sales figures or placement in specific stores.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"45:1-45:31\"><strong>9. Limitation of Liability:<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"47:1-47:196\">Tripura Publishing will not be liable for any loss of profits, consequential damages, or other indirect or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms or our distribution services.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"49:1-49:22\"><strong>10.
